Job description:
- Arrange and assign work schedules for the R&D team responsible for Unilever and other customers.
- Communicate to employees a clear understanding of the functions, tasks of the group and job descriptions of the responsible employee position.
- Evaluate the performance (KPIs) of each R&D team member responsible for customer accounts.
- Assign tasks, provide support, and guide employees in their work.
- Train, coach, mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
- Researching and developing new packaging products.
- Organize the transfer of formulas, technology, and training for the factory for production implementation.
- Provide customer care, receive and address customer feedback, and answer customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and requests within the scope of work, meet customer expectations.
- Organize and support staff to make samples for the sales department according to the schedule committed to customers.
- Implement and comply with the application of management systems according to the Company’s applicable standards (ISO, OHSAS …).
- Organize and implement the storage of documents, records, and information related to the work to provide timely information for research and management.
- Prepare plans and professional reports as required by the Department Head.
- Participate in briefings and other meetings as required by the Department Head and related departments.
