1. Cooperate with other teams:
- Sales Team.
- Legal Team.
- HR Team.
- OperationTeam.
2. Management and training of accountants
- Set KPI for accounting team members.
-Training staffs for technical skills.
-Supervisor and lead team to ahchive Team KPI.
3. Accounting works:
- Checking accounting books.
- Reconciliation: bank, cash, inventory, SHUI, sales and cost of sales.
- Plan and implement stock taking, fixsed assets count in periodic.
- Checking stock for the production process at Ck
- Checking delevery process for marchandise and material at Company....
4. Advising leaders on the control of financial activities
Chief accountant is the person who directly supervises the operation of the enterprise:
- Identify internal financial reserves, reduce costs for the business.
- Solve financial problems; advise leaders to ensure financial benefits for businesses.
- Make recommendations to prevent business risks, propose solutions to attract financial resources for the enterprise's budget.
5 . Reporting:
Internal: Cash Flow forecast, Cost report, AR and AP report.
External: Tax report, Financial statement, Statitics report, Audit report.
Periodically coordinate with general accountants; prepare financial statements to summarize the production and business situation of the enterprise.
Coordinate with the general accountant to present the financial statements to the enterprise's board of directors and the audit agency.
6. Other requests
- Good manange company cash flow
- Planning and implemeting internal and external audit.
- Manage accounting team to achive excellent performances.
- Proposing to improve unreasonable points in work
- Manage and organize meetings of the accounting department.
- Participating fully in meetings with department heads and company leaders when required.
- Perform other tasks when requested by leadersMore than 10 years of experience and at least 08 years in a similar position.
University degree or higher and certificate of chief accountant.
Ensure high professional competence.
Honest, decisive and careful.
Communication skills, behavior, problem solving
Withstand work pressure.- Prepare laptop/ desktop, company's car take employees when has business outside.
- Support breakfast, lunch fee: 50.000VND/day.
- Petrol/attendance allowance: 400.000VND/month
