■Position overview
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join our Production Control team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the timely delivery of our high-quality footwear products while managing logistics operations efficiently. You will collaborate with the internal cross-functional teams and the external stakeholders to monitor production schedules, track shipments, and optimize supply chain processes to meet our customers' expectations.

■Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning and coordination of production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of footwear products, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and market demand.
• Collaborate with the Head of Production to forecast and manage the resources necessary for production, including labor, equipment, and raw materials.
• Collaborate with product development, design, material and quality control teams to address any delivery or logistics challenges that may impact production schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shoe factories, suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
• Analyze shipment data and logistics trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide updates on delivery status and logistics performance.
