Job Description

• Own all UI design across In-house products: Take full responsibility for designing and maintaining the user interface of all web and mobile applications.
• Design and maintain landing pages: Create and update product landing pages to ensure brand consistency, responsiveness, and conversion focus.
• Define and manage design systems: Build and maintain reusable UI components, style guides, and design libraries.
• Collaborate with product & dev teams: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders and developers to ensure UI aligns with business goals and is implemented accurately.
• Support user experience flows: Design user flows to ensure smooth, intuitive interactions across platforms.
• Support marketing initiatives (Optional but expected): Assist in creating visuals for campaigns, banners, social media, and other marketing assets as needed.
  
  

Required Skills & Experiences

• 3–5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a product-based team.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app design work (UI, prototypes).
• Familiarity with designing effective, user-friendly user flows in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces and layouts for different devices.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma.
• Attention to detail and an eye for consistent spacing, typography, and alignment.
• Experience working with design systems and maintaining UI component libraries.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.
