- Greeting guests and presenting them with a menu in a friendly and timely manner
- Implementing alcohol awareness; knowing when to stop serving customers, checking for identification as to not serve minors, keeping an eye on customers and thinking ahead regarding their level of intoxication and alcohol consumption.
- Informing guests about special items and menu changes / availability
- Assisting guests with recommendations, taking into consideration their preferences and our most profitable items
- Correct and consistent quality in preparation of drinks
- Checking with customers to make sure they are enjoying their drinks and taking appropriate action to correct any problems
- Maintain consistent and excellent standard of cleanliness in all aspects of the bar
- Performing regular control and maintenance of items for smooth operation
- Maintain and replenish stock levels by placing timely orders
- Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Ability to deal with and correctly respond to customer complaints
- Attend all scheduled training and development sessions
- Follow and apply procedures, lessons, and information learned during training
- Collect reviews and likes for Facebook and TripAdvisor
