Receive the support requests directly from internal users and provide the support to them.
Setup, install, configure, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of user computers.
Analyze the issues, propose solutions, and implement them. Main areas of support include servers, PCs, LAN, WAN, Wireless, printers, scanners, projectors, fixed telephones, VOIP and other IT devices.
Maintain/Backup/Upgrade IT infrastructure and user stations following request from Regional IT team.
Complete other technical tasks assigned by the Management.
Implement IT compliance from Global and Regional guidelines.
Manage IT company assets.
Coordinate device procurement processes, including vendor liaison, proposal preparation, manager approvals, order placement, quality assurance, and documentation.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Networking and IT Systems
Minimum 1 year of experience working with networks and IT helpdesk
Linux system
Mac OS system
Windows system
Good English in writing and speaking
Good problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
Knowledge of LAN topologies and architectures
