• Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure
• Create tools to help development team make the most out of the available infrastructure
• Monitor alerts coming out of Optimizely's selected products including Search and Navigation, Content Graph and Product Recommendations and coordinate with Site Reliability Engineering team as necessary to take preventive or corrective action to resolve incidents, with a goal to minimise MTTA/R
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline for mentioned above products
• Document your system knowledge as you acquires it over time and ensure critical system information is readily available to the development team for debugging/troubleshooting issues

• Documented experience working in a Linux Systems Administration or Linux Systems Support role in a multi-application/multi-server environment, preferably with virtual or Cloud-based systems utilities or software
• Documented experience with load balancing and firewalls
• Ability to build and monitor services on production servers in a public cloud environment, preferably Azure
• Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana)
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines, ideally Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Jenkins
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, preferably Terraform
• Knowledge of configuration as code tools, ideally Chef Infra
• Should have robust systems analytics and recommendation experience in areas related to Operating Systems, Capacity, and Hardware Sizing
• Experience assessing the technical environment and recommending/designing customized Cloud focused solutions to solve problems
