RESPONSIBILITIES

Our team, South Sea Open Sales, is seeking for Sales Representative who will be assigned for hunting new Vietnamese local customers.

• Develop new customers focusing on Vietnamese local companies
• Sales scope will be focusing on ocean freight forwarding business
• Deal, negotiate and secure the contract with customers with ensuring the benefit for the company
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve the requirements of customers
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales by seniority.
• Sales related activities such as submitting quotations, cold calls, cold emails and sending out market intelligence report will be required on daily basis.
• Assist Section Leader to prepare and develop sales and marketing, customer services policies to drive sales and services, development of the customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from University
• Have 7-10 year experience in Freight forwarding, Logistics company as Sales person
• Experience in Ocean freight is a big advantage
• Good English communication skill
• Business acumen
• Interactive communication skills with stakeholders including customers, carriers and colleagues
• Open-minded work attitude
• Customer service mindset
