1. Human Resources:
• Welcome onboard, collect documents and prepare procedures for new staff at Level C or below, check documents, make meal cards, fingerprints, hand over to department
• Welcome onboard casual staff/ interns: Check ID cards, collect documents/information, make gate cards
• Assign shifts/adjust shift assignments on SAP system, control entry/exit times to match shift assignments
• Summarize and submit overtime plans
• Finalize monthly work, finalize leave list, complete leave records
• Reward - discipline procedures and monitor upload to Police
• Coordinate periodic health check-ups
• Register department meals for canteen
• Do casual wages payment: Summarize work, do payment requests, create PR/PO, send payment documents to Cluster HR,…
• Collect insurance payment documents for the Cluster HR Department
• Send employee insurance payment documents to PVI
• Return social insurance books and health insurance cards to employees
• Implement for employees to sign and transfer labor contracts for level C or below, including casual contracts
• Resignation procedures: submit resignation letter, send information to Cluster HR, instruct employees on handover procedures, sign Termination Minutes and Resignation Decision, submit for signature and stamp => return to employees when there is a separate insurance and Resignation Decision.
2. Training
• Monitor and manage state certificates
• Contact, implement, and organize state certificates for Hotel
• Support Head of Department in training implementation: Organize classes, support classes, etc.
• Support Head of Department/ Hotel Manager in organizing bonding and internal communication programs
• Contact and coordinate with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Agency to organize annual fire prevention and fighting drills.
• Popularize information & training programs implemented from Cluster Training; monitor & update progress as required
• Send Training Plan of new month to Cluster Training after summarizing from Departments at the end of the previous month/beginning of the new month
3. Activities
• Plan, create ideas and coordinate the implementation of internal activities for employees (employee birthdays, Melia Talk, skill competitions, holidays, anniversaries, themed activities issued by Melia...)
• Summarize the monthly activities and estimated budget then submit to Cluster Human Resources
• Implement monthly reports on hotel areas then submit to Cluster Human Resources
• Other activities and reports as assigned by superiors
4. Recruitment
• Coordinate and make the hiring requests to cover vacancies with HoDs and is responsible for the publication (internal and external) of vacancies and screening candidates following the policies and procedures defined by HR Cluster. Supports Heads of Department in the selection of team members.
• Promotes greater visibility of job offers through their publication on the social media profiles of other employees and Heads of Department.
• Supports the Heads of Department and Hotel Manager in coordinating interviews.
• Implements and promotes Employer Branding campaigns in hotels after coordinating with the HR Cluster.
• Attends events related to local Schools (University/College/…). Prepares and participates in student hotel visits, promoting experiential events and the participation of Head of Department in their presentation to strengthen our employer brand.
• Together with the Heads of Department, ensures appropriate experiences for interns, monitoring their performance and carrying out the final evaluation.

- Bachelor Degree
- English - Good level, written & spoken
- At least 1-year experience in administration or guest service job.

Năm 2022, Isuzu Việt Nam chính thức ra mắt các dòng sản phẩm xe tải mới Isuzu Master Truck Euro5 Green Power, đạt tiêu chuẩn khí thải Euro5, theo đúng lộ trình của Chính phủ về tiêu chuẩn khí thải tại Việt Nam, góp phần bảo vệ môi trường và sự phát triển bền vững của xã hội.
