Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant

Open to local Vietnamese talents with relevant experience
Working location in District 7, HCMC, Vietnam

Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Commercial Systems Manager (based in Germany HQ) within the Controlling Department, the successful person will:

Be a global supporter for Commercial Systems customers in the area of data analytics and data management
Focus on support and development of Infor EPM platform and its content
Support the team on global data tasks and projects

Role Responsibilities:

Understand information needs of decision makers
Active support of the smooth operation of all established Commercial Systems processes and systems
Support of the Commercial Systems internal customers in new projects, in questions of data analysis, preparation and visualization primarily with Infor EPM platform
Understand manual (data) processes within commercial departments and evaluate/assess data flow automation
Preparation of ad-hoc queries, reports and data flows with showcasing future potential
Support in cross-departmental projects with the focus on improvement and optimization of data processes
Co-develop and maintain the data marts for Commercial Systems internal customers
Acquire skill to architect solutions with data & analytics technologies
Collaboration in the evaluation and implementation of Commercial Systems software and initiatives

Role Requirements:

Bachelors or Master's degree in (Business) IT, Business Administration with strong Data Management/Analytics focus
Business fluent or native-language English (written and spoken)
IT skills, especially for Data Management and Data Analytics
Candidates with Infor EPM (developer) experience are highly regarded
Candidates with knowledge and experience with Oracle Hyperion, TM1 or SAP BW/ S/4HANA is an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving, data modeling, and analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous and a strong sense of responsibility
Enthusiastic about continuous learning, change, and challenging the status quo
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of working across global, cross-functional teams
High level of attention-to-detail, self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to manage tasks independently under pressure
