Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Engineer to join our team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, enabling them to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote Falcon Labs’ innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Falcon Labs’ products and services in Vietnam.

• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, demonstrating how Falcon Labs’ solutions meet their needs.

• Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that fit customer requirements.

• Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events.

• Provide technical support to customers post-sale and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor sales targets and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales within [relevant industry, e.g., technology, automation, IoT].

• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey these to non-technical clients.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required.
