• Exploit and develop relationships with assigned Key Accounts to expand the project.

• Monitor work progress and keep in contact with clients at all stages (briefing, proposal, quotation, contract, campaign management, negotiating and close agreements).

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

• Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to grow revenue and expand the client portfolio.

• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. sales results and annual forecasts)

• Prepare reports on account status.

• Search and reach potential partners/customers through social networking channels (LinkedIn), networking.

• Coordinate with the internal stakeholders to come up with a new service model. Update new models for customers.

• Record customer feedback about the service. Coordinate with Operations department to solve requests from Customers.

• Training and other tasks as assigned by line manager and the Sales Capability Manager

• Report to Senior Manager – Business Development Division.
