This position is responsible for managing all Chinese Key Accounts Customers in Zone 5&6 and Cambodia, maximizing new opportunities, and maintaining a long-term relationship with FDI exiting customers (Speaking Chinese) in region.
Trách nhiệm/Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. New business development (60%) • Define the potential opportunities & approach customer for needs confirmation • Identify customer issues and consult/ suggest the suitable solution to solve them • Prepare technical solution and proposal to customer • Negotiate with customers to get contract and supervise the contract progressing 2. Manage all FDI exiting customers (Speaking Chinese) (30%) • Regular visit all existing Chinese Key Accounts Customers • Build good relationships, customer intimacy with customers. • Discover additional/new demand and find solution to meet additional demand or enquiry of existing customers • Coordinate related stake holders to handle issues/ customer complaints (quality, commercial issues, deliveries....) • Manage, negotiate, and renew contracts at its expiration. • Survey industrial areas, EOM network and make good relationship with Management Boards of Industrial Zone, EOM. 3. DSO management (5%) • Coordinate related departments and take responsibility for collection to achieve target 4. Market intelligence and market report (5%) • Establish and update market database in the dedication region (customers, competitors, EOM…) • Weekly visiting report on time • Update Market watch on time 5. § Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Technical § At least 3 years of experience as a Sales in the Chemical and Engineer field § Chinese language: 4 skills - Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening § Working experience in the industrial gas is an advantage
