ABOUT THIS POSITION We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate network, resolving operational issues, and ensuring effective communication between the marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal performance of our marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for GEOs (Call Center Sales) and affiliate partners, managing relationships and addressing inquiries. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including top-performing affiliates, to maximize engagement and performance. • Manage and monitor lead quality, ensuring adherence to company standards. • Negotiate and manage contracts with affiliates and lead providers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies. • Create and deliver regular performance reports with recommendations to improve campaign outcomes, working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to ensure Sales satisfaction and alignment of services/products. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals for all GEOs. • Coordinate and streamline communication between sales, product, and marketing teams for cohesive campaign execution. • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies. • Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot problems in the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns. • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration between sales (GEOs) and marketing teams. • Conduct regular meetings with sales and marketing teams to review performance, discuss strategies, and address challenges. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all affiliate marketing activities.QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in the equivalent position. • Fluent in English. • Experience managing partners in Affiliate Marketing (Nutra experience with be a big plus) • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing networks, platforms, and best practices. • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment while supporting team responsibilities and goals • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, technical, and other teams WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE • A work-life harmony working schedule from 9 AM - 6 PM from Monday to Friday • Salary: Competitive remuneration package and fully paid in probation period • Paid social insurance nearly full salary under the laws; 12 days of annual leave • Paid premium health insurance after probation • Pay-for-performance policy: Attractive year-end bonus and salary review up to twice per year based on employee's performance • Team building and other various cash and non-cash benefits (holidays bonus, birthday...) • A multinational dynamic working environment that offers various development opportunities where work transcends all traditional boundaries. • Opportunities to work with a vast global talent pool, bringing together diverse, specialized teams that collaborate seamlessly • A delegation culture where you are empowered to take full ownership and responsibilities in projects, tasks and innovations.Thưởng Performance Review up to twice per year depending on your contributions Chăm sóc sức khoẻ Paid premium health insurance after probation Cơ hội du lịch Company trip, Weekly Happy Hour, Monthly Birthday Celebration
