Manage inventory materials in order and well-arranged, keep track on in-out facility items in the storage
Monthly check storage and make inventory reports
Monthly make tools and materials purchase order lists, support for payment papers
Be in charge of registering and canceling access cards, parking cards for employees
Request approval, payment in accordance with budget allocation (Compare and confirm trackinglist, collect invoice, contract)
Order monthly stationery, water, and meal registration for employees
Provide the administrative works on daily basis
