Responsibilities
- Acknowledge about policy change process.
- Check and follow up daily/weekly reports, contact with relevant departments to process on time.
- Monthly random check completed policy change request of other users.
- Co-operation with other departments to solve the problems (if any).
- Ensure all reports are done completely, timely & accurately.
- Ensure assigned projects, system development and enhancement are done completely and timely.
- Perform annual self-assessment to ensure regulatory requirements, company’s policies, procedures.
- Perform other responsibility & duty that are assigned by POS Manager

- University of Foreign Trade / Business Administration/Economic
- At least 2 years experience in relevant position
- Good in English both in speaking and writing
- Knowledge in computer software and using computer system
- Accuracy, carefulness, trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving and making decision skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Logical analysis skill is referable.
