About the role

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to take a lead role in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance infrastructure. This full-time position requires deep expertise in DevOps/SRE practices, cloud platforms, containerization, and a proactive mindset towards security and continuous improvement. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping our infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a DevSecOps culture. You'll lead efforts to enhance CI/CD pipelines, optimize costs, and proactively mitigate security threats.

Job Requirements

• Build, maintain, monitor, and continuously improve our infrastructure to support performance and scalability.
  

• Design and implement monitoring/alerting systems to identify and resolve incidents quickly.
  

• Drive a DevSecOps culture and improve developer experience (DX) across the team.
  

• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to increase development velocity.
  

• Support the team with infrastructure troubleshooting and daily operational challenges.
  

• Stay up to date with infrastructure and security trends; evaluate and implement relevant tools and practices.
  

• Lead security best practices and help mitigate threats such as DDoS.
  

• Optimize cloud and server costs while maintaining performance.
  

Technical skills:

• 3+ years in DevOps or SRE roles, managing high-traffic and high-availability applications.
  

• Background in blockchain or financial services is a plus.
  

• Strong expertise in Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and containerization.
  

• Proficient in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Go) and one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python).
  

• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  

• Familiar with infrastructure-as-code and monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Ansible.
  

• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
  

• Familiar with CI/CD tools, especially GitHub Actions.
  

• Bonus: Experience with bare-metal server management, EKS, Karpenter, or defending against DDoS attacks.
