Partnership Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including automotive dealerships and real estate agencies.
Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial programs and initiatives.
Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume for Auto Loans and Home Loans.
Conduct marketanalysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Work closely with thesales team to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Set and achieve sales targets for Auto Loans and Home Loans.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive loan applications and approvals.
Product Development:
Collaborate with the product team to ensure the loan products meet market demands and customer needs.
Provide feedback from partners and customers to guide product enhancements and new product development.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all partnership and business development activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage risks associated with partnership and business development initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within the financial services industry.
Proven track record of increasing sales volume and market share for loan products.
Strong understanding of Auto Loan and Home Loan products.
Excellent communication,negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
