Job Description
Build a clear, comprehensive content strategy & implement detailed action plans on the following social channels, with 70% focus on B2B contents (company’s products & solutions, industry knowledge sharing) and 30% on B2C (UrBox App, end-users trends & insights)
Website: Write & upload content to introduce about our company and its services; be able to highlight our USP; add meta data & back-links to improve SEO; perform periodic interview/survey with our clients/partners/users to compose convincing testimonials and informative blogs
LinkedIn: Build up UrBox LinkedIn page from scratch to attract a high number of followers with good content strategy.
Company credentials: Support BD/Partnership team to build sales pitch documents with compelling storytelling and highly attractive visualization, which can greatly boost BD/sales performance; Produce high-quality TVCs, product demo and guidance videos for clients/users upon request.
Manage daily post on our Facebook Fan-pages & Explore fun/creative approach to building up our company presence on new social channels/means: Tiktok, Facebook community groups, Seeding, KOL, etc
UrBox App: Schedule and prepare daily content for Banner/App Push/other App inventories; Allocate the Banner/Noti slots reasonably between different business lines and introduce processes to manage the booking efficiently.
Advanced: Strategically write; or seek partnership with organizations/agencies to co-author and co-publish E-books, Whitepapers, Case studies, etc to promote UrBox‘s brand name and expertise in the relevant industry fields, thus supporting B2B lead generation.
Work with the Design team to order creative assets; perform quality checks to ensure meeting UrBox brand guidelines.
Manage overall content schedule on all channels to optimize slots and avoid conflicts; Continuously track, monitor and improve performance (impression, engagement, etc).
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related field from a reputable University.
Experience: More than 2 years of experience in Social/Content Marketing; preferably in B2B/B2B2C companies; and/or having built your own social channel (Tiktok/Facebook fanpage, etc) (please include portfolio when applying)
