Production and Delivery Management

• Monitoring projects: Ensure the delivery of projects
• Manage controlling activities, ensure product quality
• Manage customers' satisfaction and complaints

Business Development and Management

• Build a business Development plan
• Pre-sales skills
• Client account development and management skills
• Customer care and engagement skills

HR Management and Workforce Development

• BU size management (100-200 members)
• Workforce and Resource fulfillment planning
• Workforce development/management
• Performance management

Finance Planning and Management

• Financial planning and management
• Project budget and expenditure management
• Analyze the use of financial resources

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in IT field.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience in managing project delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and foster long-term relationships.
• Ability to oversee business units of 100–200 members with effective workforce planning and development.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure management.
• Skilled in analyzing and optimizing financial resource utilization.
• Excellent English/Japanese communication
