• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Support clients, resolve their questions in necessary cases.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales quotations.
• Monitor sales team activities and track progress against sales targets, preparing regular status reports and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager, including, not limited to actual field sales and meeting customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, sales assistant, or in a relevant role.
• Good English communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
