Mô tả Công việc
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Enter transactions into the accounting system and ensure all entries are properly documented.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Support the processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- General Ledger Support: Assist in maintaining and reconciling the general ledger. Ensure all entries are accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Tax Compliance: Support the preparation and filing of tax returns in compliance with local tax regulations.
- Internal Controls: Help implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (or Indonesian)
