Mô tả Công việc
- Implement advertising and promotional plans (e.g. seasonal promotions, new site launches, and special events) to drive brand awareness, increase sales & market share, and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand and creative teams, to develop marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.
- Support Lead to negotiate with vendors/partner in joint marketing campaigns and ensure all advertising and promotional materials are compliant with regulations.
- Utilize various channels, including print, digital, and social media, to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Conduct market research, competitor activity and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to have appropriate promotions.
- Support Lead to measure and analyze the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future activities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, economics or a related field
- 3 + years of experience in advertising and promotions, with a proven track record of success
- Understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and other emerging marketing trends and technologies
- Good communication, collaboration.
