I. About the Role

The Senior Fullstack Engineer will work closely and provide consulting and operational support to the SnM team. The right person works in close partnership with the Business Development department and group of Managers to successfully present the company’s solutions to the market. He/She proposes and designs the solutions and provides project(s)-related business, technical, or operational pre-sales support worldwide.

II. What You'll Do

1. Pre-sale and Build Case Study (80%)

• Working closely with the SnM team for presale activities.
• You will be leading research and development into new technologies and capabilities.
• You will be a core team member of RnD effort responsible for new solutions, feature innovation, proof-of-concept, design, and specification development.
• You will advise leadership on development feasibility & timeline.

2. Internal Tool Development (20%)

• You will develop & package scalable libraries, frameworks, and systems that could be integrated into all of the internal platforms.
• You will develop rapid prototypes for other teams to review and understand issues & risks during our discovery/implementation/UAT phase.
• You will work on discovering and identifying inefficiencies and scalability issues in technical projects; you’ll then get to design effective solutions to resolve them.
• You will document designs, specifications, flows, etc., and present such findings to both leadership and technical teams so everyone can fully understand each capability’s nuts & bolts.

III. What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of expert experience with one of the popular Backend and Frontend development
• Proven track record in designing, building, scaling, and managing high-performing APIs.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in both relational and non-relational database systems.
• Passion for exploring new technologies and improving processes using industry best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment with complex challenges.
• Strong team player, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and optimizing code and architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with popular open-source frameworks
• Experience in building complex, scalable, high-performing services & systems
• Hands-on experience enabling multi-threading, caching, multi-platform synchronization, and microservices
• Understanding of architectural patterns for a large-scale data platforms (e.g., well-designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)
