We are looking for a skilled Delivery Assistant to support the smooth execution of projects under the guidance of the CDO and Project Manager. This role involves administrative tasks, ensuring team operations run efficiently. Strong attention to detail, problem- solving skills, and the ability to balance technical and organizational duties are key. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth, with the potential to advance into a Project Manager role.
What you’ll do

Facilitate communication between different departments and teams, ensuring smooth information flow
Provide administrative assistance to the engineering including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing team events
Organize and coordinate project engagement activities, training sessions, or workshops to ensure smooth team operations
Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation, organizing training sessions, and ensuring necessary tools and resources are available.
Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution
Assist with managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining records of expenses or budgets

What you’ll bring

Active listening and effective communication across teams or with external stakeholders are highly valued
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Management Information Systems, E- commerce, or related areas)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Trello (or similar platforms)
Proactive in resolving challenges and providing solutions.
2+ year of hands- on experience in a Delivery Assistant or IT Project Management Assistant role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and professionally
Strong time management abilities, with experience in handling multiple priorities and deadlines
Critical thinking skills, flexibility, and the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and tasks
Good command of English in all 4 skills
Experience in technology companies is a plus
