- Integrate OA&MES server systems, networks, and system security, from planning, installation, project management, and network connection requirements from customers, to monitoring network performance and capacity to ensure that it meets business objectives.
- Planning, construction, and management of computer systems, including UNIX/Linux/Windows based, Email, SFTP, File server, and Data Center.
- Planning, construction, and management of network systems, including LAN/WLAN/Internet/Cloud/VPN/DNS/IP setup, Data and Voice service integration, and coordinating with remote IT staff to ensure smooth operation of networks and applications.
- Information security system planning, construction, and management, including Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion protection, and local Firewall management.
- Establish factory critical service backup and restore system and perform disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
- Troubleshoot problems with the IT infrastructure such as network and system.
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure in the factory and ensure that the infrastructure is stable, secure, and scalable.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching and upgrading systems.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside normal working hours.- Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 4 years of practical experience in IT infrastructure/network engineering or related roles and working experience in an international company with a multilingual culture.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Container, etc.
- Solid understanding of networking systems and protocols such as LAN, Firewall, switch, and WiFi and LAN routers.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, such as Nagios, SolarWinds, IMC, ILO, etc.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously from design to implementation.
- Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members and coworkers in other departments who may not know networking technical terminology.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any complete technical issues that have an impact on production.
- Good English writing and oral communication skills and a strong willingness to learn new skills.Team building
