JOB SUMMARY
Assure the readiness of Machines, Equipment and Fixture for Production operation, to assure the machines, and equipment are used in safe, efficient manner and complied fully with local regulations and laws of health & safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Lead the PM team and provide technical support to production department
Daily defectives trouble shooting and in-process quality improvement and control
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, overhaul for Plant machine and equipment, fixtures
Support TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar
Responsible for line balance/line layout/line stoppage following up
Responsible for optimum production and consistency quality levels and efficiency/ Measure the performance of the current process
Ensure new machines through Transfer & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully
Plan and implement best practices tools as GK, Poka-yoke, CI
Plan and implement Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction for team members.
Monitor & control spare part, equipment, and consumable level
Build up successor planning for core team member and deploy technical training for team

REQUIREMENTS
Education: BS degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer from the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Automation Engineering
Experience: 3 years or above working experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Other Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure
Fluent spoken and written EnglishLaptop
