Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
Your Impact
In the Axon Platform X (APX) team, we are solving some of the hardest cloud challenges today. We develop the common systems across all Axon pillars, enabling new high-quality products to be deployed quickly at a scale that matches our digital footprint of 100+ petabytes of evidence and other data.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager II, you will own our strategy for internal platform products, that is, products developed by our platform team primarily designed to support other teams at Axon. This role will initially be focused on our Safe Changes initiative, developing tools and processes for teams across Axon to build and deploy software safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for helping to establish our processes for collecting internal customer feedback and partnering with other teams at Axon to learn about their needs and ensure we are developing the right tools. From your position in the APX team, you will have an outsized impact on the success of all product teams across Axon, and have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of colleagues across different teams and geographies. This role requires a stronger engineering background than many external-facing PM roles due to the internal tooling focus.
