Job Overview And Responsibility
Experienced leader with a Bachelor&039;s degree and 5- 7 years of senior management experience. Proficient in operations compliance management for both headquarters and franchise centers. Skilled in facility management, audits, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. Proven track record in business management, including sales target delivery, marketing planning, and revenue optimization. Excels in setting up new centers and driving market expansion strategies.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with operational standards at HQ and franchise centers.
Hold all sales and operational employees accountable for adherence to daily checklists.
Monitor center productivity and conduct audits to maintain quality standards.
Train sales and customer service managers on operational standards.
Manage facility standards and staff training to uphold operational excellence.
Manage and audit inventory at centers and HQ.
Oversee center profit management.
Audit franchise centers for compliance improvement.
Optimize revenue through sales and timetable optimization.
Monitor and provide feedback on cleaning and security services.
Monitor payments, collections, and discounts to ensure policy adherence.
Implement best practices from Singapore operations.
Business Development & Market Expansion:
Gather feedback from teachers and address operational issues by working closely with the Academic Manager to improve teaching services.
Develop promotion schemes for low sales seasons and retention strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Managers to boost sales during off- peak periods.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing Managers on a weekly basis to develop clear quarterly local marketing and sales plans, promptly adjusting monthly execution plans for underperforming centers.
Plan budgets and allocate resources for operation and sales teams.
Co- interview and hire SCO, CSOs, and Center Managers with Sales Managers and HRD.
Oversee the opening and setup of new centers, handling licensing, infrastructure, and operations in collaboration with the legal and admin departments.
Drive sales target implementation alongside Sales and Center Managers, encompassing retention, new sales, and student activation on monthly and annual plans.
Conduct evaluations and questionnaires for new centers in collaboration with the sales manager.
Optimize schedules to enhance efficiency and maximize utilization of fixed costs.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Managers on local marketing plans for launching new centers.
Organize weekly Performance Management meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Center Managers to identify centers needing sales and local marketing support, devising backup plans for addressing poor performance and ensuring effective HR planning for recruiting and onboarding.
Forecast sales for new centers and collaborate with Sales Managers in recruiting Center Managers.
Conduct market surveys and analyze competitor updates to enhance ICR business.
Co- lead with Marketing, Sales, and Academic Managers to develop operational plans for new product launches, curriculums, and pricing packages, ensuring alignment with Cenopsys or backup plans while awaiting migration.
Set up new centers:
Possess a thorough understanding of the licenses required for establishing new centers and collaborate with legal agencies to obtain the necessary licenses for the center&039;s operation.
Work with different supplier to fill up the operation facilities with efficient cost.
Accountable to comply to Operation SOP, Selling SOP to set up new centre for facilities, system.
Required Skills and Experience

Analytical, with critical thinking and problem- solving abilities.
Demonstrates leadership and a deep sense of responsibility.
Familiarity with the full suite of ICR Programs, ICR operating system, and processes (training provided).
5- 7 years of relevant work experience, including a senior management role.
Excellent management and leadership skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales leadership background, training and coaching skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree (B.A.)
Proactive in resolving issues and highlighting challenges.
Ability to lead operations with both hard and soft skills (CRM knowledge preferable).
Capable of independently executing tasks and projects within deadlines.
