Responsible for organizing, operating, managing, inspecting, and controlling the activities and business results of the Export department (LCL & FCL, Consol, Nomi & Freehand)
Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with the company's customers, agents, and foreign partners in the Export sector.
Accountable for the business profitability of the Export department.
Set business targets, optimize workflows and ensure compliance across all processes.
Assign work efficiently, reasonably, and systematically to employees within the Export department. Supervise, manage, and provide professional guidance to subordinates. Promptly resolve and support issues that employees are unable to handle.
Propose activities to enhance the business performance of the Export department and suggest management practices to control and minimize costs for the company.
Responsible for checking, updating, and providing pricing for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Resolve issues arising during the operations of the department.
Report the business performance of the Export department periodically (monthly, quarterly, annually) or as requested by the Head of Department.
Manage and control the customer database to ensure confidentiality and prevent information leakage.
Be the main point of contact with agents regarding pricing and incentives.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales & operations in Forwarding company, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of Ocean/Air/Truck services and international logistics procedures.
Proven experience in building and expanding overseas agent networks for Export
Proficient in English and MS Office
