1. Overseas Agent Management:
   • Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and partners.
   • Coordinate with overseas agents to ensure alignment with company objectives and operational standards.
   • Negotiate rates and terms with overseas agents to achieve competitive pricing and service levels.
   • Monitor the performance of overseas agents and address any issues or concerns promptly.
   • Review and sign agency contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
2. Nomination Process Management:
   • Manage the nomination process for shipments, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international regulations.
   • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that nominated agents meet the specific needs of each shipment.
   • Track and report on the performance of nominated agents, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
   • Manage team targets for the Nominated Department, ensuring objectives are met.
   • Handle any issues that arise within the Nominated Department and ensure prompt resolution.
3. Logistics Coordination:
   • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
   • Provide guidance and support to ensure that shipments are handled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
   • Resolve any logistical issues that arise during the transportation process, coordinating with relevant parties as needed.
4. Market Analysis & Development:
   • Conduct market research to identify potential new overseas agents and markets for expansion.
   • Develop strategies to enhance the company’s international presence and competitiveness.
   • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making.
5. Cost Management:
   • Approve costs related to the Nominated and Overseas departments, ensuring they align with the company’s budget and financial objectives.
6. Compliance & Documentation:
   • Ensure that all international shipments comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
   • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all necessary documentation for international shipments.
   • Work with the compliance team to ensure that any changes in regulations are promptly communicated to overseas agents.
7. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for overseas agents, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
   • Advise and provide information on reliable agents to other departments such as Sales, Import, and LCL teams.
   • Participate in customer meetings to provide insights on overseas logistics and agent capabilities.
8. Conference & Travel:
   • Attend annual overseas conferences to represent the company and build relationships with international partners.
9. Debt Recovery Support:
   • Support the accounting department in recovering overdue debts from agents, ensuring timely payment and financial stability.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with overseas agents or partners.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations, documentation, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English and MS Office
