I. Job Descriptions

  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 Product Owners, providing guidance and support in Agile/Scrum best practices, product prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, cross-training, and professional development opportunities among team members..
  • Technical Leadership
  • Drive the product roadmap and backlog refinement process, ensuring that features and enhancements are prioritized based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform product strategy and optimization efforts
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product Development to align team goals with departmental objectives and overall business strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between the product development team and stakeholders, communicating project status, gathering feedback, and managing expectations effectively.

  • Perform other duties from PM

Ii. Requirements

  • Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Product management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce business models, technologies, and best practices across global markets.
  • Solid grasp of UX design principles, web technologies development.
  • Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze metrics, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Passion for innovation and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional products that delight customers and drive business results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on software development and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex software projects, preferably within an e-commerce or digital environment.
  • Experience with product and project management software (e.g., JIRA), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat).
