Stakeholder Collaboration: Define project goals, understand business/user needs, and clarify design requirements through discussions, brainstorming, or documentation.

UX Research:

• Analyze user behavior and emotions through products and market trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of Empathy Maps, User Journeys, or UX Artifacts for large/complex projects.
• Derive conclusions, identify issues, and propose UX improvement solutions.

Design Execution:

• Information Design: Independently create IA, User Flows, etc., based on research and defined directions for large/complex projects.
• UI Design: Use UI Kits and design systems to deliver detailed design requirements aligned with project goals.
• Interaction Design: Utilize prototyping tools (Figma, Origami) to build interaction models, support testing, and complete interaction designs independently.
• Ensure Optimized Design: Manage requirement changes, optimize solutions, present designs to stakeholders, and support process improvements to maintain quality and efficiency.

Design System:

• Build/update complex components in the Design System/UI Kit to meet design needs.
• Test and validate development outcomes of UI Kit components across relevant environments.

Analyze User Feedback: Develop tools to measure usability, monitor feedback, and analyze data to propose improvements and follow-up UX research.

Process Improvement: Participate in meetings and collaborate to enhance workflows and optimize processes for assigned projects.

• Experience: 4+ years in a relevant role with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic English for research and design presentations.
• Solid understanding of product design processes following the Agile model.
• UX: In-depth understanding of behavioral science, user habits, and the latest research trends.
• UI: Proficiency in design systems, layout, spacing, typography, and color principles.
• Interaction: Mastery of visibility, consistency, mapping, feedback, constraints, and flexibility.
• Familiarity with web/mobile design and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Analytical: Personas, journey mapping, and User Journeys.
• Proficient in building design systems for complex products.
• Expertise in Figma, UI Kits, and tools like Figma/Origami.
• Ability to measure and optimize design solutions.
• Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, UXCam, Amplitude/QA.
• Skilled in testing and proposing new tools to enhance workflows.
