Supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensures high service standards, and delivers exceptional guest experiences in a refined dining environment.
What you will do
Supervise service team and ensure smooth shift operations
Maintain luxury service standards and personalized guest care
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and daily reports
Strong leadership and communication
Attention to detail and guest-focused
Knowledge of fine dining and luxury hospitalityExperience: Experienced in similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry
