Mô tả công việc

Follow the assigned working schedule, groomed and in the correct uniform
Supervise property maintenance mechanical contractors on site and ensure appropriate standards are met
Comply with all hotel specific standards and procedures
Supporting training and development plans to improve skills, knowledge, and team performance
Working knowledge of boilers, HVAC systems, electrical power generation and distribution equipment and systems, refrigeration systems, plumbing systems, and fire alarm and signaling systems.
Capable of developing and implementing administrative and organizational procedures Your Job Responsibilities
Supervises and coordinates the daily job to ensure the completion of repair and preventative maintenance plan
Supporting training and development plans to improve skills, knowledge, and team performance
Leading the team by proactively resolving employee issues, building teamwork, and ensuring adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner
Capable of leading and directing assigned personnel in professional, enthusiastic, positive and cost-effective manners
High school degree or equivalent required

Education background in technical.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Basic English skills
Proven knowledge of all aspects of Engineering.
