- Recruitment: In charge of Recruitment for the company: Searching and advertising recruitment information, prepare necessary forms for interview and recruitment & in charge of interview logistics.

- Maid stuff and Stationery order and control, monthly inventory and report;

- Create finger record for new comer, control device;

- Update employee information;

- Maintenance filling system;

- Memo/Announcement;

- Follow and check payment of stationary, EMS, supplies;

- Update profile of staff;

- Planning and organization company’s activities;

- Doing reports as requisition;

- Checking administration expenses

- Monthly checking attendance , leave and makes report;

- In charge of the administration part of C&B, SI and staff welfare activities in accordance with the company regulations & Vietnam;

- In charge of visa/temporary resident cards application and renewal for foreign employees;

- Support in obtaining required licenses as requirement such as Work permit, Medical licenses for expat employees if requires;

- Prepare necessary equipment, uniform and stationary for new comer;

- Labor contract up date and makes report;

Other ad hoc tasks.

- At least 3 years work experience in relevant areas of HR, at least 2 years in charge of Recruitment
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in related field
- English fluent

Key Capabilities & Skills:

- Sound understanding of current HR legislation in Vietnam;
- High sense of responsibility in confidential matters;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both in English and Vietnamese;
- Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Experience with a Foreign Company is preferred.
