Job Summary
Responsible for corporate Marketing and Branding function.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, support & promote company Brand through message development, creation and media outreach.
Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, investors and customer audiences.
Work closely with Manager to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities (internal communications) in order to strengthen the overall Corporate Brand Image.
Communicate and work well with all relevant internal departments to ensure workflow is smooth for all processes & procedures.
Be familiar with standard business concepts, practices, and procedures within a construction company PR & Branding Department.
Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
Competencies Required
Minimum 4 years working experience as Marketing/Branding/Journalism/MC
Skills & Abilities
Having knowledge in real estate sector.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and utilization.
Strong public speaking skills and experience acting as an MC.
Good English - Vietnamese interpretation and translation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties.
Able to work with minimum supervision and highly motivate to learn.
