HERAMO is looking for an excellent, highly intelligent, highly motivated & detail-oriented intern/PTE for Business Analyst cum Assistant to COO to support the COO in strategic planning, analyse & deliver key initiatives and monitoring key BAU activities for operational excellence. This role is ideal for candidates who are highly interested in learning & working in multiple disciplines e.g., strategy & planning, business operations, business & data analysis, communication & go-to-market, execution, providing valuable experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Business Analysis & Reporting (collaborate with Data Analyst)

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making.

• Prepare business reports, presentations, and visualization for internal meetings.

• Monitor KPIs and operational performance to provide insights for improvements.

Operational & Executive Support

• Support the COO in BAU tasks, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-ups key actions for important meetings

• Assist in coordinating cross-functional operational meetings to collect issues & feedback in a critical and analytical approach and come up with systematic solutions / suggestions for Management. Document key discussions, action items, and project progress.

• Help streamline internal processes and optimize workflow efficiency, optimize cost and improve efficiency

Project Management & Coordination

• Tracking and ensure key project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Liaise with different departments to gather necessary data and insights.

• Support in drafting proposals, business initiatives, and operational policies.

Managing Vendors (Minor):

  • Quaterly / Add-hoc auditing for vendor performance, optimize workflows, and manage onboarding processes.

WORKING TIME & SALARY

• Salary: start from 25,000 - 30.000 VND / hour (depending on experience, review after 3 months) + Parking / Transportation allowance
• Working time: Flexible (Minimum 4 days in office, 25 hours / week)

• Student from top-notch or international universities with high GPA is a Big Plus 
• Ability to communicate (speak and write) in English is a Plus.
