maintenance of all operating equipment, furniture and fixture.

 Maintain a happy working atmosphere and team work spirit.

 Assists the Assistant Manager/ Manager in al training programs and on the job training sessions.

 Ensure, in close collaboration with the other department heads, the implementation of the interchange

ability of Hotel personnel by accepting to provide Food and Beverage personnel to other departments

when required for the good operating of the hotel.

 To print and close the micros reports at the end of shift and deposit the taking in the hold safe.

 Responsible for dispensing bar in terms of: maintaining par stock levels, control and security,

cleanliness, maintenance and manning.

 Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire

Life safety.

 Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

•Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

• Problem solving and training abilities.

- Qualifications: • Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

- Experience

•1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory experience preferred.
