Mô tả công việc

  • You are responsible for handling all beverage which is including alcohol and non-alcohol
  • You are responsible for maintain the Bar Machinery such as Coffee machine, Juicer, Blender, etc. in the good condition, function and report to Captain Barista if any defects
  • You are responsible for maintain the beverage area as well as both front and back of house always in hygienic condition
  • You are knowledgeable about Beverage Menu as well as all recipe and making method
  • You control the purchasing list for Beverage to ensure Pav stock level are met the standard
  • You connect with guests by engaging them through meaningful interaction, resulting in positive and long-lasting guest relations.
  • You always try to make the service flow as seamless as possible, by using the available resources and systems.
  • Communicate with colleagues through body language and voice while always maintaining a calm and gracious tone.
  • Manage the workload and when necessary you are pro-active in asking for support from other food and beverage colleagues in the resort.
  • You take charge of daily beverage inventory control and ensure that stock levels are up to the standards in both front and back of house.
  • Your communication with colleagues, through both body language and voice, is always calm and with a gracious tone.
  • You oversee the amount of work and are pro-active in asking for assistance from colleagues whenever required
  • You ensure that the bar is stocked according to the standards and equipment is clean and well arranged. Your professionalism as a bartender shows through a perfectly arranged bar and an inviting bar appearance.
  • You responsibly record orders through the Point of Sale system and actively monitor preparation times in order to deliver food & beverage items within a timely manner.
  • You carefully handle cash and credit card payments, by correctly recording transactions in the Point of Sale System, resulting in an accurate daily report at the end of the day.
  • Always live up to the standards set by the Regent brand for both beverage creations and service behaviours. You know the standard operating procedures and how to put the standards into practical use.
  • You know the Forbes Travel Guide Standards that are applicable for restaurants & bars and you ensure that you implement them within the service processes.
  • Follow procedures concerning inventory control, breakage, spoilage, temperature logs and cleaning tasks. You make sure that all recordings are documented, stored properly and irregularities are reported to the management.
  • You pay attention to small details, which visually expresses in a spotlessly clean workspace, perfect beverage creations and a well-groomed appearance.
  • You have the knowledge to solve problems on the spot, but also knows when to ask for assistance from colleagues. Always follow up on guest issues and report occurred problems to the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management
  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • Must speak the English language, other languages will be a plus
  • Background in fine dining restaurants is preferred
