1. Handle air export shipments:

- Receiving booking request/ shipment information from Customers/ Agent/ Sale team

- Arrange booking with Airlines/ air Co-loaders and send booking confirmation to customer and flight schedule detail to the customer/ oversea agents

- Issue HAWB, SI, MAWB, Manifest, debit note, invoice…

- Send the pre-alert to the agent and follow until shipment will be delivered to the consignee at destination

- Follow and update the delay notice to our agent, customer if any

- Make the weekly tracking report to the manager.

- Input the cost in the systems (fast system) and make the payment to airline/ air coloader.

2. Handle air import shipments:

- Receive the information of new air import shipments from oversea agent, sales team.

- Check the pre-alert (HAWB, MAWB, Manifest, Inv, PL…)

- Issue the arrival notice, DO and debit note, invoice to the consignee

- Tracking and update to the consignee if have any delay

- make the weekly cargo tracking report to the manager

- Input cost on system and make the payment request to the airline/ air coloader…

3. Handling the sea import shipments:

- Receive the information of new shipment from oversea agent/ sales team

- update the the customer if there any vessel delay

- Received and rechecked the draft documents (HBL, MBL, INV, PL), then sending draft bill to our customer for their rechecking

- Received the pre-alert, rechecked and confirm to the oversea agent

- file Manifest in the system

- Issue arrival notice, D.O , invoice , debit note and send to the customer, oversea agents

- Input cost in system and make the payment request to the carrier/ coloader

- Make the tracking report to follow until the empty container returned to the carrier

- Have good knowledge about services information to provide best service to Customers.

REQUIREMENT

- Proactive, hardworking, enthusiastic, and responsible at work.

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors: Logistics, International Economics).

- Candidates with experience in handling air import/export shipments and/or sea import shipments are preferred.

- Fresher will also be considered if they demonstrate potential.

- English: Able to read and understand documents.
