Job overview and responsibility

Minswap is the No.1 decentralized exchange DEX on Cardano blockchain. We are a young

team of 20 people with an office in Hanoi. After our mainnet launch since March 2022,

have continued to grow quickly and achieved:

- Current TVL $120M

- $2.78B+ volume in 2024 (Dominance over 70%)

- 222,800+ active wallets

- Top 19 DEX by TVL on all chains

- Top 30 DEX by weekly volume on all chains

We have launched Minswap V2 in 2024 and even more exciting features after that. Thus we

are looking for an experienced Senior QC to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Analyze, clarify, and understand product and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans.

- Design detailed and well-structured test cases for various testing stages.

- Conduct thorough regression, functional, non-functional, integration, ad-hoc, and exploratory testing on web, mobile, and API platforms.

- Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

- Maintain and review test cases developed by team members to ensure consistency and quality.

- Troubleshoot issues reported by users and community members, providing timely and

effective solutions.

- Develop, maintain, and review test scripts for test automation, API testing, and performance testing.

- Continuously improve workflows and share best practices across the team

Required skills and experiences

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in QA/QC roles  

- Familiarity with blockchain products  

- Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent  

- Familiarity with proxy tools (e.g., Proxyman, Charles)  

- Knowledge of database operations (SQL/NoSQL)  

- Familiarity with automation testing  

- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and principles  

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  

- Strong self-learning and research abilities  

- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision  

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English  

- A willingness to learn and adopt new automation technologies

Preferred skills and experiences

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or K6.

- Knowledge of blockchain
