Job Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce company-wide standards for development processes, system design, and implementation methodologies
• Understand and apply software architecture and application security principles
• Troubleshoot performance, security, and reliability issues and plan countermeasures
• Collaborate effectively with developers and system architects

Required Skills:

• Broad knowledge of programming languages and strong expertise in at least one: Go, Java, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience in designing and building secure, high-performance, high-availability, and scalable systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with deep system understanding across all layers
• Experience with application performance monitoring and error tracking tools
• Strong IT networking knowledge and scripting skills (Python or Shell)
• Proficient in CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Loki, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Proven experience in defining and rolling out company-wide technical standards
• Experience implementing SecDevOps practices and principles in large teams
• Hands-on experience with technical assessments, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• A passion for solving technical challenges and exploring new technologies

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge or experience with blockchain systems and applications
• Knowledge or experience with banking, finance, or fintech systems
