Job Description:

• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize business processes related to accounting, finance, and data reconciliation within banking systems.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments (IT, audit, finance, product) to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical and business solutions.
• Design and analyze data structures and data flows to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in reconciliation and financial reporting processes.
• Participate in the development and testing of software products and systems related to financial management, accounting, and data reconciliation.
• Support the deployment, training, and guidance of end-users on new business solutions.
• Analyze large datasets and provide reports and insights to support business decision-making and operational optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance, accounting, or data reconciliation systems.
• Deep understanding of accounting, finance, and data reconciliation processes in a banking environment.
• Strong skills in data analysis, data structure design, and data flow modeling.
• Proficient in data analysis tools, advanced SQL, and Excel; experience with BI and ETL tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for working in a startup environment are highly preferred.
• Preference given to candidates with experience working on financial management, accounting, and reconciliation software products in banking.
