Provide legal advice related to the business operations of the Company and its affiliated units.
Review and draft contracts, standard contract templates, and other agreements for the Company's and its affiliates' transactions.
Handle administrative procedures and liaise with governmental authorities when necessary.
Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations and the Company's internal management policies.
Review and assess internal regulations to ensure alignment with applicable laws.
Update and disseminate legal regulations relevant to the Company's operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.Male/Female, aged 27 or above.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (specializing in Economic Law, Commercial Law, International Trade Law, etc.).
Solid knowledge of the Civil Code, Enterprise Law, International Business Law, Commercial Law, and Investment Law.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal position, preferably in the logistics industry.
Experience working with foreign-invested enterprises.
Proficiency in English, especially in legal and business contexts.Salary: Negotiable.
