- Provide secretarial and administrative support and take responsibility for the efficiency of document & paperwork
- Scheduling daily / weekly /monthly and other meetings in line with requirements covering brand standards, financial, project, operational and strategic needs of department
- Conducting Brand Standard Audits and inspections as directed by and in coordination with HR Training
- Supporting operations as and when directed during busy times
- Maintain sufficient stock and inventory for required office supplies for optimal functioning of the Department
- Other related tasks will be assigned by HOD

• Minimum 1 year-experience in similar position;
• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related major;
• Excellent verbal and written in English;
• Proactive, hospitality oriented, excellent communication; skilled in handling situations, under high pressure;
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all time;
