Mô tả Công việc
- Develop and implement teaching plans in accordance with the school's schedule and main program.
- Coordinate effectively with parents, the School Board, and Health authorities in caring for and nurturing children.
- Participate in professional and extracurricular activities organized by the school.
- Fulfill professional duties as required by the company and the Principal.
- Ensure safety and facilitate comprehensive physical and intellectual development for children.
- Possess strong teamwork skills.
- Design and organize extracurricular programs.
- Fulfill the responsibilities of a preschool teacher, including teaching and lesson preparation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
- Proficient in presentation, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills, effective time management, logical thinking, and a collaborative team spirit
- Demonstrates patience, strong ethics, flexibility, enthusiasm, cooperation, and positivity.
- Proficient in pronunciation and possesses excellent handwriting skills.
- Skilled in using computers, relevant software, and the Internet.
- Has a basic level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
