Responsibilities

• Summarize and analyze recruitment requirements, develop recruitment plans, and implement the recruitment process.
• Participate in building and developing the company's recruitment sources and channels.
• Build and expand the company’s candidate database.
• Ability to independently handle job openings (including IT and non-IT roles).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
• Have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in IT outsourcing companies, product companies, or headhunting firms.
• Strong experience in recruiting for the Japanese market is an advantage.
• Ability to plan and execute recruitment campaigns as required.
• Excellent interaction and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English is an advantage.
