Responsibilities

• Monitor the work of part-time collaborators to meet defined standards and deadlines;
• Review content topic and content channel for compliance with the product’s community guidelines and terms of service to ensure content qualified demand;
• Assist in content quality & quantity control workflow;
• Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies;
• Report & data analysis on content moderation on a daily/weekly basis.

Qualification

• Bachelor (collaborator level) or junior/senior year in university (internship level) active user and keen interest in video products;
• Having experience in BPO/content moderation and content analysis is preferred;
• Familiar with local regulations, Vietnamese culture terms in particular reviewing video content is preferred;
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) or PowerPoint;
• Have good sense and standards for high quality content.
