SYSTRA Asia is the Project Implementation Consultant for Hanoi Metro Line 3 Project scheduled for completion by 2028.

Role

This full-time position based in Hanoi is responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules to ensure on-time delivery of milestones. The role prepares integrated cost–schedule reporting; reviews and supports contractors’ initial and subsequent Works Programs; facilitates cross-functional coordination to define objectives and milestone deliverables; leads interactive planning sessions; develops, tracks, and reports progress against the baseline schedule; identifies schedule variances and recommends corrective and recovery actions; conducts site visits to improve reporting accuracy; and provides ongoing planning and scheduling support to the Technical Team throughout project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (Primavera P6)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet strict deadlines
